7\$\begingroup\$ @Chronocidal I disagree with this answer. It doesn’t solve the problem, which is that almost all of the group considers it a personality trait, L doesn’t, and we have problems with this. \$\endgroup\$Bardic Wizard– Bardic Wizard2020-12-11 18:30:44 +00:00Commented Dec 11, 2020 at 18:30

5\$\begingroup\$ Please reframe this from presenting itself as fact, to being an explanation of perspective (which you are assuming is what Lemon is coming from) and then use that advice how to resolve the dispute. Also, it would probably be beneficial to reformulate some of this to be guidance for Lemon, say the part about "So, how does that make you behave?". From my reading of the question they didn't frame it like this, which would likely have gone a long way to not make it an arguement. \$\endgroup\$Someone_Evil– Someone_Evil ♦2020-12-12 14:35:10 +00:00Commented Dec 12, 2020 at 14:35

2\$\begingroup\$ @KorvinStarmast Assuming I've understood you correctly, that's why I would like this answer to teach and to make their assumptions about the other side clearly marked as such (and ideally give guidance on how to test those assumptions). \$\endgroup\$Someone_Evil– Someone_Evil ♦2020-12-12 16:47:51 +00:00Commented Dec 12, 2020 at 16:47

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- Make sure you include the system tag for the game system you are asking about (if appropriate and if the tag exists).
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. dnd-5e-2014), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
