  • \$\begingroup\$ My question here is whether this is intended behavior, or a case of imperfectly worded rules. In either case, ultimately this is going to be a DM ruling; at my table, I think I would rule that the extra attack from Hoard Breaker does not bypass Loading, on the grounds that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
