Yesterday we hosted a dinner with a select group of Nordic finance and operations leaders, together with Perk. Camilla Giesecke (Board Member, Kinnevik and former Klarna COO), Roy Hefer (CFO, Perk), and Philip Andersson (Applied AI, OpenAI) joined us for a conversation on what it takes to build and operate businesses in the age of AI. Anna Stenberg facilitated a discussion on how to measure ROI on AI investments, how organizational design evolves as technology advances, and how leaders can deliberately redirect the time and capacity AI helps unlock. Enveda started with a thesis: a molecule that evolution has already refined is a better place to begin than one designed from scratch. This year, two first-in-class molecules discovered by Enveda (ENV-294 and ENV-308) had positive readouts in humans. Many more are behind them.
