1@HenkLangeveld, This is name of the article. That phrase in my comment is a link to resource where you can read it. Indeed it contains data on what can be done about it.VL-80– VL-802014-01-17 18:18:10 +00:00Commented Jan 17, 2014 at 18:18

3@handuel I said mostly caused by the windowing system, not always caused by he operating system. Also If the question was about a bad application on KDE, then I could tell you how to fix it, by changing the policy of how KDE manages that application. On windows the policies are fixed and the application is in charge (not the windowing system).ctrl-alt-delor– ctrl-alt-delor2014-01-20 09:23:42 +00:00Commented Jan 20, 2014 at 9:23

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. apache-2.2), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
