    @handuel I said mostly caused by the windowing system, not always caused by he operating system. Also If the question was about a bad application on KDE, then I could tell you how to fix it, by changing the policy of how KDE manages that application. On windows the policies are fixed and the application is in charge (not the windowing system). Commented Jan 20, 2014 at 9:23
