Granted tech support should "know better" but the support person can't easily distinguish this over the phone. Have you answered a call from a frustrated user while you are being monitored for how many minutes you are on each call? This problem has to be resolved at its root not by education or workarounds. I've suggested a solution below that's extremely simple and would eliminate calls for support. Also when their computer is frozen, how are they going to get to the guide called "My computer is frozen"? | |

This is a bug that should be reported to the vendor of the PDF printing software. I for one would be very annoyed with such a bug. | |
