By questioning the conclusions from reputable journals directly, we suggest that we are evaluating science directly, working from expertise in specific fields. It seems to me that the purpose of this site is more along pointers and aggregators, not actually science or even scientific criticism. I'd like to pretend we have that going for us, but we don't. So I guess I might support that aspect being part of the site topic, but I don't know if we're up for handling the quality control. | |

The claim was made by the TV show, and the high quality journal is a potentially useful source that the asker found but (apparently) was not able to evaluate. | |
