Starting today, SIBC will offer LOWER PRICES and FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING (including West Coast Next Day service) with Goldbelly. But what does that mean for our customers?

Will SIBC products change?

No, never. We will always hire the greatest people, make the greatest cakes, use the best ingredients, and serve you, our amazing customers, as if you were family.

Do I need a new account, log in, address book and password?

Unfortunately, yes. We take your confidential information extremely seriously, and there is no good way to move your confidential information from one system to another. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, but we believe the price benefits, improved shipping service, and lower shipping costs will far outweight any inconvenience.

What about my Rewards Points?

We have decided to discontinue the SIBC Rewards program, and replace it with lower prices, free nationwide shipping and improved shipping service. For those customer with significant accrued points, please email info@smithislandcake.com and we will work with you to make sure you feel you were treated fairly in this exciting transition.
