Our Approach

Design for your market

Our approach centered on orienting the user first: introducing LPAS's core markets before expanding into the rest of the site. We aimed to keep the experience restful but engaging, integrating custom solutions to navigate different types of content, all while echoing the same qualities that define LPAS's architectural process — intentional, structured, and market-aware.

LPAS works across five core markets — Housing, Interiors, Higher Education, Civic, and Commercial — each shaped by a distinct set of users, priorities, and industry constraints. We introduce each up front, giving visitors a quick, visual sense of where LPAS's expertise lies before diving deeper. This segmented structure also pays off for SEO and marketing.

Reading Deeper

We translated LPAS's workflow into an editorial module, revealing deeper reading and project context without ever having to leave the page.

Listen, Plan, Analyze, Shape.

At the core of LPAS's identity is their process, distilled into four words: Listen, Plan, Analyze, Shape. It's a philosophy LPAS sums up as "Clear Process. Creative Results. Human-centered. Always Curious" — process and creativity are not in tension, but rather enable each other.

Flexibility for the future

A custom-built website is especially useful when your content is complex or doesn't fit a predefined structure. We shaped the site around what LPAS wanted to say and how they wanted to say it — with interaction built specifically for the people using it. A modular CMS gives LPAS the flexibility to adapt as it grows: new projects, markets, or formats can be added without straining the structure underneath.

A large portion of LPAS's site visitors are on mobile. We wanted that experience to feel just as polished and easy to navigate as on desktop.

The colors of each market and target audience are consistently carried through to the headers, footers, and call-to-actions in the homepage slider.

Happy Client.
Happy Studio.

"Our new website is live. We reimagined the site to better reflect how we work and what sets LPAS apart. Our process is front and center, showing how programming, stakeholder engagement, and technical precision guide every project from the first conversation through construction." — LPAS on instagram March 2026

The response has been great, both inside LPAS and among their clients — we're proud they love the site as much as we do.
The site has been well received, both internally and externally, and we're proud to have created something LPAS loves just as much.
