@hunsnowboarder Really, just do not use wrapfigure, it is not worth the hard work to get it work. That work should be done only after the complete text is fixed. Instead of wrapping a figure place two smaller images side by side and use \ref{label} to reference them

xcolor supersede color, so collor should be omitted. similarly is with mathtools which call amsmath ...
