The Delhi airport has a separate check-in desk for passengers transferring from international to domestic for passengers who transfer in the same terminal i.e. Terminal T3. However, you will need to collect the luggage, go through customs and then go to the transfer desk. The transfer desks will assist with the check-in.

There is also a separate domestic terminal for low cost airlines, T1. If you land at T3 and need to catch a low cost airline, you will need to change terminal from T3 to T1 and go through the check-in as a regular passenger.

Airlines from T3: Air India, Vistara, Jet Airways and all international airlines. Airlines from T1: Indigo, Spicejet, Go Air.

Note: International flights of Indigo still take off from T3.
