When did you buy the tickets and using what payment mode? How did they say they would refund you? Back to the original card, if you used one? Or did they ask for bank account details for a bank transfer?jcaron– jcaron2020-05-26 07:54:10 +00:00Commented May 26, 2020 at 7:54

1As a note, they are probably not only delaying in hopes that you give up - they likely have to delay because they simply don't have the cash to refund everybody impacted by COVID, at least not immediately. We have seen the same pattern with European airlines. It's not so dissimilar to asking a friend for 5000$ back - if they make excuses it may be because they are trying to sit it out, but it may also be that they simply don't have 5000$ they could give you.xLeitix– xLeitix2020-05-26 10:31:37 +00:00Commented May 26, 2020 at 10:31

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. air-travel), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
