Online Can I check-in online for self transfer flights?

I want to buy a ticket through skyscanner. But thisSkyscanner, but the ticket shows self transfer. This ticket It has a connectionconnections in Istanbul and Rome (FCO) with two separate carriers (Pegasus, Pegasus and Ryanair).

The Istanbul connection is with the same carrier. But, but the Rome connection is not. Both Flightflight in Rome (inbout, inbound and outbount)outbound, are in terminal twoTerminal 2.

My Question is: ChanCan I check in online for all the flights, and do I need a transit visa or notvisas?

Edit: The airport I am going to inIn Spain is Seville, I'm flying from Barcelona. to Seville, Is there a way to passgo through Spanish immigration in Seville or do I have to clear Immigration in Barcelona  ?

I am Tunisian and have a single-entry Schengen visa.
