Last week was another exciting week of change at our OG business, 3Search 🚀 Over the past few years, we have made a few big bets on where it is best to grow. One was expanding into the US, and we now have offices in New York and Austin. Another was recognising that as the teams' networks matured, and as we matured as a business, we were increasingly being trusted with C-suite and executive-level mandates. This then became a much more deliberate growth plan, and we have built the foundations of an incredible executive search practice. Dominic Warman leads across media and entertainment Mark Paterson is an expert in RevOps and broader GTM Harrison Knowles focuses on DTC and consumer Bradley Winstanley covers go-to-market leadership across SaaS and tech. Serena Moody wears many hats and supports the team from a dedicated research function. Together, this group is going from strength to strength, delivering more and more executive placements month on month. We have now reached a point where it feels right for that team to have a distinct platform that properly reflects the work they are doing, the level they operate at, and the clients and candidates they serve.
