How can airports create greater commercial value by designing better experiences around what travelers actually want? That was the focus of a wide-ranging discussion at ACI World - Airports Council International WAGA 2026 conference in Lima, where our Chief Growth Officer, Chris Gwilliam, joined a strong panel of airport and industry leaders to explore the future of airport non-aeronautical business and customer experience. From changing traveler expectations and the evolution of premium experiences to digitalization, personalization and new commercial models, one message came through strongly: commercial performance and customer experience are increasingly interconnected. A few of the key takeaways from the discussion: * Premium experiences are expanding. Strong demand for lounges continues, alongside growing interest in premium services such as fast track, dining and other experience-led propositions that give travelers more choice across the journey. * Insight needs to translate into relevance. Better understanding of traveler needs, motivations and behavior can help airports and their partners create more personalized experiences while identifying new sources of commercial value. * Digital can connect more of the journey. Travelers are increasingly open to a digital relationship with the airport, creating opportunities to connect information, services and experiences in a more seamless and personalized way. * Experience needs to be designed in, not added on. From terminal planning and space allocation to the right mix of commercial propositions, collaboration between airports and their partners from the outset is critical. This was a valuable conversation on how our industry can shape the next generation of commercial experience, bringing together better insight, more relevant propositions and closer collaboration to create journeys that are more seamless and memorable for travelers, while unlocking greater value for airports and their partners. Great conversations and fresh perspectives at Airports Council International - North America Annual Conference in Philadelphia. Across discussions with airport leaders and partners, one thing came through clearly: enhancing the traveler experience remains a priority, alongside growing emphasis on the commercial and operational outcomes it can deliver. Our top takeaways: * Premium hospitality recognized as a strategic commercial driver. Lounges and other value-added experiences can help airports improve traveler satisfaction while growing non-aeronautical revenue. * Connected experiences are gaining greater focus. Airports are exploring how data, technology, hospitality and commercial programs can work together to create a more seamless end-to-end journey. * Partnership is critical to identifying and unlocking opportunity. Faced with capacity, infrastructure and resource constraints, airports are looking for partners that can spot where value can be created and help realize it without adding significant operational complexity. Thanks to everyone who spent time with our team in Philadelphia and contributed to such valuable conversations. #AirportExperience Chad Lindsey Ashley Autrey, MBA Matthew Miller Jeff Livney Christopher Gamel Benjamin Thomas

Extraordinary recognition for an exceptional airport experience. Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) has been named the World’s Best Independent Airport Lounge at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards, often referred to as the "Oscars of the aviation industry." This accolade reflects the experience created through our partnership with JPMorganChase, transforming previously underutilized office space into more than 21,500 square feet of hospitality across two levels. The lounge brings together a striking 360-degree bar, a food menu created with restaurant partner Sailor featuring fall dishes such as the Jalapeño-Gruyère Cubano, harissa fall lentils and roasted pumpkin salad, two Face Haus spa rooms, private Reserve Suites and a variety of areas designed for dining, working and relaxing. Most importantly, it recognizes the team who bring that experience to life every day - and what can be achieved when strong partnership and world-class hospitality come together. A third Sleepover has landed at Hamad International Airport. Building on strong performance of our two existing locations in Doha, the new North Node space offers the largest sleeping capacity of all three, and introduces an enhanced Nap Pod experience and new Family Cabins accommodating up to four guests. Offering flexible, book-by-the-hour rest in the heart of the terminal, Sleepover gives travelers a private, low-stimulation environment to sleep, recharge and recover between flights. In Doha, that means complementing the airport's wider hospitality offer while unlocking more value from space at one of the world’s leading connecting hubs. Now our eighth Sleepover globally, Doha is further proof of the growing demand for high-quality rest solutions and the role they play in helping travelers make better use of their time in transit. A huge thank you to our partners at Hamad International Airport and everyone involved in bringing the new space to life. A brilliant video of Indonesian Independence Day celebrations from the Blue Sky teams. There’s something very special about seeing local culture and character come through so naturally in the lounge experience. The energy, pride and togetherness here really bring that sense of place to life − and it’s wonderful to see guests becoming part of the celebration too. Moments like this are a great reminder that memorable airport experiences are shaped as much by the teams who bring them to life as the spaces themselves. #AirportExperience

Not every traveler has time for a traditional lounge visit, but they still value somewhere to pause, recharge and refuel on the go. Airport habits may vary, but the appetite for greater choice is clear. Our global traveler research found that 62% of regular travelers are willing to pay for premium experiences, pointing to a clear opportunity to offer different ways to spend time at the airport. To meet that demand, we introduced Poppin, one of the latest additions to the Airport Dimensions portfolio. Created for those who are short on time but still want access to lounge-style benefits. Designed around modern travel habits, Poppin gives guests a convenient place to take a break and refuel, while offering airport partners an adaptable proposition that can work across a range of spaces. Currently available at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and accessible to Priority Pass members, Poppin sits alongside our full-service lounge experiences as part of a broader portfolio designed to give travelers more choice throughout their journey. 👇 Take a look. #AirportExperience
