Today, I attended the CPD members’ @CPD standards office event and formally received my CPD accreditation and British Master Trainer certificates. 🎓 Investing in my own professional development is important to me, and these achievements strengthen my commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging and impactful learning. Through LP Leadership Retreats, Training & Consultancy, I’m passionate about helping leaders develop their emotional intelligence, lead inclusively, build psychologically safe workplaces and navigate the complexities of today’s world. For me, learning should go beyond theory. It should challenge thinking, inspire growth and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m excited to continue working with organisations, charities and international NGOs to develop leaders who bring out the best in themselves and others.
