Reflecting on 2025, it’s been a year of huge professional and personal growth, not just me, but for the entirety of G&E Partners.
Back in August, our team merged to become one organization. Recognizing global shifts, and other external factors, this acquisition was a huge step-forward for our employees and ensured we can continue to provide the very best for our clients. It bought together two companies with strong histories, incredible people, and big ambitions.
The easy option would’ve been to blame the market. Or timing. Or anything except ourselves. Instead, we did the harder thing: we rebuilt from the inside out;
> We leveraged the lessons learnt from previous and current mentors.
> We parted ways with those who weren’t on board.
> We raised the standards, expectations, and set the pace at which we operate.
Irrespective of the monumental changes we faced this year, we continued to change lives. Our company only grows when its people do. What’s happened since has been nothing short of transformational. Teams that were struggling are now performing at their highest levels. Consultants who were unsure of their path are now building careers they’re proud of. We’ve become the business we always said we wanted to be;

The acquisition gave us the platform to accelerate far beyond where either company could have gone alone. And we’re only getting started. 2026 will be the year we scale, properly.
