  • We are thrilled to share that our very own Truesdell Brothers have been officially shortlisted in the Best New Director category at the 2026 Shark Awards! Known for their innovative and distinctive visual storytelling, Tim and Will's recent work has captured people's attention, and seeing their dedication recognised on this stage is a great moment for the duo. The excitement culminates this week in Kinsale. We are packing our bags, keeping our fingers firmly crossed, and getting ready to celebrate some of the best creative work of the year. Huge congratulations to the Truesdell Brothers on this milestone—bring on Kinsale! And check out their amazing new spot for GoPro!

  • Great to be a part of this yesterday!

A full room. Some certain they'd brought the one problem too stubborn to solve. They were wrong. Every year at MAD//FEST, the Get Sh*t Done session runs the same way. People arrive with a juicy, difficult, no-way-through kind of challenge. And every year, one at a time, we find the way. Not because the problems were small. Because a room full of strangers turns out to be the fastest workshop you'll ever sit in. Someone's dead-end is someone else's easy fix. Magic. I love this selfie. It's a testament to how powerful, how magical, how empowering these sessions are. Same grin, same crush of people, same joyful realisation that problems can be fixed. If you were in the selfie, say so below. Tell us the challenge you walked in with. Then find the person who solved it for you, and the one you solved it for. The session ends. The room doesn't have to. Let's get sh*t done. p.s thank you Alison Fulker for the GSD love ❤️

  • 👖 NEWS! JEAN join HunkyDory!👖 HunkyDory Films is thrilled to welcome award-winning directing duo JEAN to its directing roster. Comprised of Armand Prisco and Eric Eckelman (and not to be confused with the homophonic 90s Britpop band Gene), JEAN arrive with a showreel packed with cinematic, astutely observed, precision-engineered comedy. JEAN has won many awards and broken just as many barriers in their work. Their web series Commercials is must-see content for anyone who works in the business, winning a Webby for Best Web Series as well as Best Web Series at both the 2020 LA Shorts and Chicago Film Festivals. Their epic Grand Clio winning mini-movie, Recipe For Seduction, starring AC Slater himself, Mario Lopez as a young Harland Sanders literally redefined what co-branded content can be. Their passion for taking the irony, reality, weirdness and odd relatability of everyday life and elevating it through memorable characters and quirky comedic beats is truly what makes their work stand out. JEAN push the humour to just the right place so that the laughs stick with the audience long after the images fade from the screen. On joining HunkyDory, JEAN had this to say: “We’ve always felt that our style of comedy has a strong UK sensibility in that we’re constantly looking for humor in real, human moments without ever pushing into the absurd. In introducing ourselves to the UK market we wanted to partner with people who shared our appreciation for subtle, elevated comedy. From our very first conversations with John Doris and Ronae Rayson, it was obvious we found our people. Most importantly though, we had a strict requirement that the word ‘hunk’ be in the name of the production company that reps us. Fortunately, HunkyDory delivered.” Check out more of JEAN's work: https://lnkd.in/e3d_pZy6
