Drawing on a year of IT Europa events, roundtables and industry conversations, Will took delegates through the three themes shaping the MSP market right now. AI is moving out of experimentation and into governance, automation and measurable outcomes. Cybersecurity remains a real growth opportunity even as competition and vendor complexity increase. And inflation, margin pressure and slower customer spending are forcing MSPs to rethink profitability and efficiency.
