This week our Head of Product Support Chris Jones joined Kiverco and Invest Northern Ireland – Americas delegates to take part in a tour of McKinstry Group's new recycling plant in Crumlin. Chris gave the delegates a closer look at our conveyor belts in action, including ZIP CLIP®, our rapid replacement belt designed to reduce downtime and keep machines moving. Thank you to Invest Northern Ireland for organising the visit, Kiverco for guiding us through the plant features, and McKinstry Group for the warm welcome and a behind-the-scenes look! #Recycling #WasteManagement #MaterialRecovery

From factory floor to field. Earlier, we shared the manufacturing process behind this order of 100 bespoke rubber mud flaps. Now, here's the finished product in action. Manufactured to the customer's exact requirements, these custom mud flaps are designed to withstand tough working environments while providing reliable performance day after day. It's always rewarding to see a bespoke solution doing exactly what it was designed to do. 👉 Need a custom rubber or plastic component? 🔍 Increased capacity means little without consistent quality. As we expand our manufacturing capability in India, the same attention to quality that has always defined Smiley Monroe remains at the heart of how we operate. From incoming material inspection and product testing to final inspection and traceability, quality control is built into our manufacturing process. And across our CNC operation, advanced cutting technology works alongside skilled operators to consistently manufacture parts to customer specifications. More capacity. Same commitment to quality. #Quality #Manufacturing #Engineering #SmileyMonroeIndia
