    At BBI Brandboost we had been using email as a marketing tool for two years, with the aim of keeping ourselves in front of our audience and maintaining brand awareness (the Autoglass effect).
    From November 2012, we decided to change the emphasis of each email to provide stronger calls to action and create much greater impact through by implementing improved design and outstanding graphics.

    As HWBIDCo provides a wide range of services to a mixture of different groups of people and businesses, creating its website presented a unique set of challenges.

    The key to success was finding a way to make information on the many different aspects of HWBIDCo's work easily available to those businesses in High Wycombe who were contributing to the BID, as well as promoting the BID's activities and events within the town to the general public. There was also a third requirement related to HWBIDCo's work in safety and security around the town; the website had to have two secure areas where members with certain privileges would be able to view sensitive information.

    The team at BBI identified 'Metro Design' as the best way to meet all of these challenges - it would mean the website would have a contemporary feel and would communicate its various messages to its multiple audiences in an efficient and appealing way.

    Of course, being 2013, it was essential that the website was fully responsive and would look great while being easy to navigate on computers, tablets and phones.

    The project ran very smoothly, with the team at BBI liaising closely with HWBIDCo to ensure deliverables were agreed each step of the way.

    Since the HWBIDCo website went live in October 2013 it has received extremely positive feedback, and all members of the team involved in its design and build feel (rightfully) extremely proud of their work.
