For exact duplicates I am already using jdupes (very similar to fdupes, but I can tell it, to sort the results by the order of folders, I give it). So there shouldn't be any byte perfect copies left, but there are many obvious duplicates left. The features you mention seem to be good candidates to build my own fingerprints from. Similar to what findimagedupes does (which I use to maintain the image files on the same server)
