I just started looking for some guide about how to do this very same thing. Currently have 3 test server (1 digital ocean, 1 hetzner, 1 local) all configured & working in a Wireguard Mesh. I've used VxLAN but I really want to figure out how to use geneve instead. I'm also not sure how/if geneve is implemented for a mesh.
