Those eternally vigilant for freedom will be in deep ponder over the move to prevent sandwich board men from expressing themselves on Oxford Street, and it's easy to see why.
On the one hand, as we say a lot in the leader-writing trade, should I be sauntering down Oxford Street and unable to think of a better way of spending some down-time than at a sale of computer accessories, there is the convenience of knowing exactly where to find one.
