Organizational Transformation Certificate Program

The IRM College at the National Defense University offers a graduate-level Certificate Program in Organizational Transformation. Courses in the Program can be taken individually. Completion of eight courses is required to receive a Certificate in Organizational Transformation. The Program includes courses on defense and national security, and homeland security and national preparedness. There are three core courses on Transformation as Strategic Alignment, Leading Strategies for Disruptive Innovation, and Multi-Agency Information-Enabled Collaboration. Energy: A Conversation about Our National Addiction

The Office of Force Transformation and the Under Secretary for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, are jointly sponsoring a series of dialogues in the Washington D.C. area on national security energy issues. Entitled "Energy: A Conversation about our National Addiction," the meetings are bringing high level attention to the emerging energy debate by providing a forum to engage senior leaders, academics and researchers, both inside and outside of government.

Project Stiletto – Distributed Adaptive Operations

Stiletto is our 40' X 80' experimental craft which demonstrates the use of surrogates in the experimentation process to rapidly acquire, deploy, and employ new capabilities in today’s uncertain security environment.

A Network-Centric Operation Case Study : The Styker Brigade Combat Team

This report summarizes the results of a case study on the Network-Centric Operations (NCO) capabilities of the Stryker Brigade, a U.S. Army medium-weight infantry brigade. This study examines the brigade's innovative organization structure and information-centric concept of operations in the context of force effectiveness and survivability.
