    CAN I CALL TO REGISTER A PRODUCT?
    Please call our automated telephone system at 1-800-285-4534 or +1 (203) 797-3530 for 24 hour product registration. You may also register your product by faxing the information to (fax +1 (203) 797-3130) or by mailing the registration card to the address on the card.

    WHAT IF I HAVE PRODUCT REQUIREMENT CONCERNS?
    If you are uncertain whether your computer is compatible with a Grolier Interactive product, you may visit our Products Section on our World Wide Web site and select the product that interests you. Each product has a page that details what is needed to operate it. Simply go to the Product Information item on the menu of each product page and click on it.

    WHAT IF TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NEEDED?
    We offer four gateways to our Technical Support Group. Consult your User's Guide for the appropriate Technical Support number to contact. We offer an electronic Bulletin Board Service, which can be reached at any time by dialing +1 (203) 797-6872. You can also send e-mail to

    WHERE CAN PRODUCTS BE PURCHASED LOCALLY?

    WHAT IS THE RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY?
    Grolier is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy on Direct Mail Sales less Shipping & Handling. LOST or STOLEN discs can be replaced by sending proof of purchase to Grolier Interactive Inc with a credit card or check payment for the prevailing update price. For items purchased directly from Grolier Interactive, the original sale is noted in our system, so no receipt is necessary as proof of purchase.     WHAT IS THE DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY?
    If a Grolier Interactive product is damaged during use, customers may replace it at the upgrade price if they are registered. If our Technical Support staff determines that a product is defective, a replacement will be mailed free of charge. Technical Support requires that the defective disc be shipped to them at:

    HOW ARE PRODUCTS RETURNED?
    If you decide to return a product within the 30-day time frame, please wrap the product securely and prepay the postage. Grolier will promptly make an exchange or refund the original purchase price less shipping and handling per your instructions. Grolier Interactive will not be responsible for postage fees incurred by the user to return or exchange merchandise. All returns should be sent to:
