Why use Jupitermedia's HierMenus code?

  • HierMenus is the long-standing Dynamic HTML Menu Software solution - with thousands of satisfied Licensees!

  • Now in its 6th Version, JupiterOnlineMedia developers continually enhance and upgrade the code as well as support HierMenus.

  • We stand behind our product - HierMenus is backed by Jupitermedia Corporation - a publicly traded company. (NASDAQ: JUPM)

Features and Benefits of HierMenus:

Besides the ease of implementation and use HierMenus offers you...

  • Leading Drop Down and Pop Up Menu Features: Display pop up and drop down menus horizontally, vertically or both. Or set menus to pop up or drop down automatically when the user rolls their mouse over a menu link, or leave the menu hidden until the link is clicked.

  • Savings in Screen Real Estate: Condense multiple site links into a single Dynamic HTML menu or collection of DHTML menus, freeing valuable screen space for your site visitors.

  • A Familiar Interface: Make your visitors feel "right at home" on your site by providing them with a navigation interface they are already familiar with.

  • Cross Frames Compatibility: You can create HTML links in one frame that, when clicked or rolled over, pop up or drop down your navigation menus in a second frame.

  • Centralized Management: Menu definitions and configuration parameters can be fully contained within two centralized files, providing both consistency and manageability to site authors.

  • Browser Support: HierMenus works on the Web's most popular browser platforms, including the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape (IE support on Windows only), the latest Opera browser (Opera 7.x), Safari 1.x and Konqueror 3.2+.

  • Cost Effective: Saves on development time and effort.

New to HierMenusCentral
June 23, 2006 - HierMenus 6.0.4: Release Notes. Fresh off the shelf, Opera 9 has done away with its Quirks Mode box-model rendering. In this release we adjust HierMenus to do the same in its Opera specific script.

June 12, 2006 - HierMenus 6.0.3: Release Notes. Another pair of maintenance issues corrected; one a potentially lethal problem in very specific Internet Explorer environments.

August 25, 2004 - HierMenus 6.0.2: Release Notes. A pair of new problems are fixed, both specifically related to Internet Explorer issues. Addressed in this release: scrolling menu distortion on high resolution monitors, and getting greedy with regular expressions.
