ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (APP): President General Pervez Musharraf Friday reiterated that former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto should delay her return to Pakistan, planned for October 18. “There is a lot happening here. There are court cases and I think she should come after that,” he said in an interview with BBC Television.

ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (APP): Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Muhammad Ali Durrani Friday extended invitation to opposition parties to cooperate with government in the formation of impartial caretaker set up to hold upcoming general elections in free, fair and transparent manner.  Talking to a private television channel (ARY One World) the Minister said the government wants to evolve maximum consensus for formation of interim government for credibility of the general elections.  He said opposition parties must play their positive role in forming the interim government as President General Pervez Musharraf wants to hold free, fair and transparent elections.

Talking to Dawn News he said it’s only a suggestion and should not be seen more than that. It has been put forth in a bid to promote harmonious atmosphere in the country, he added.
