  • OCZ has announced that their Hypersonic PC system division will be one of the first to launch with a fully-built PC sporting the Core 2 Extreme QX9650 quad core.
  • Intel offered a prerelease look at the 45nm Penryn-based Core 2 Extreme QX9650, but this week represented its official launch, as well as the debut of fifteen new 45nm Xeon models.
  • The overall results may have changed a bit, but we're still seeing the same basic trends taking shape in the high-end memory market. DDR price levels continue to be extremely stable, while both DDR2 and DDR3 listings show lower prices, with some very juicy individual price drops.
