Software support services

ISC is proud to be the developer of software that is standards compliant, highest quality, and very widely used. The software itself is absolutely free; you can download it and use it however you want (subject to the terms of the ISC License). For organizations that need support contracts for their mission-critical software, we offer support contracts for recent versions of some of our software.

Our policy is to support the current major release version and one prior major release version of our supported software. Support for an older major release version will cease 180 days after the announcement of a new major release. Feature requests will be considered from support customers for upcoming major releases that have not yet gone into beta testing. Bug fixes and security fixes will be made available as minor releases (9.x.y) for both the current and previous supported major versions of the software.
