should note that yellowstone has 1000 to 2000 small quakes a year. what's unusual here is 'swarm' of activity and energy of quakes involved |
@kellenfujimoto alert level is for volcanic eruptions. they haven't seen any sudden ground swelling etc to indicate any eruption imminent |
