Too-much detail. The machine is pretty heavy duty, I doubt it can handle small details like that, judging from what we've done with it.

That's a shame, really. I made the first silhouette without the knobs and the omission was glaring.

Basically a gas-less cutting torch. I think a smaller one would work better for that, this one likes 1/2-2" steel plate. Not CNC, but they do make them.

Same issue somewhat. I was guessing at earphone size, so maybe the next smaller size will cure it. Had to futz with it to figure out how to route it, but the last 1000 yds was pretty good sound. Sound quality is good, but when the water gets in it degrades. Still better than no sound. They had them half price so it sounds pretty good for $39.
