The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation is mining its internal database for a direct mail pilot test to get boat owners to reregister their crafts before boating season officially leaves the dock.
Later this month, the RBFF will send about 25,000 mail packages in Ohio, the latest state to sign on for the program.
