hear it! Not only do we want to hear it we want you to shout it out! We are
always looking for suggestions as well, and even though we may not be able
to implement them all, they will help guide future versions of Flash Kit in

The Flash Kit site is under constant enormous load, we serve approximately 200 gigs of
bandwidth daily! At peak times, when ruthless spiders make a visit, you may experience slow downloads. If this slowness persists too long the team is paged so that we can act on it. If you feel that we may be unaware of the lag, please feel free to email the
webmaster.
If you discover bugs on your travels, tell us about them! Please make a post
to our bug tracking forum with "BUG: bug description" in the title. Please
include the URL, your machine type, browser etc etc to help us find, and
squish them! Post the bugs you find to the forum below...

The Flash Kit team are already overloaded so we don't have the time or the
resources to answer specific Flash questions.
If you have a specific question my first suggestions are to search through
our forums, our movies, and our tutorials. You can find the search page here.
If you have not found an answer that helps you out, then post a question in
our forums. Our forums have a diverse range of people, all who like to help,
you are sure to get some answers or pointers there!

If you wish to submit a fla, a game, a sound etc etc to us, great! Use the

and go from there! Content goes direct into our validation queue waiting
for us to check it out!
All content on Flash Kit is validated by hand. We check each sound, image,
movie loop etc etc individually. We get huge amounts of submissions so there
is usually quite a queue, you can expect to see content from submission to
live within 3 weeks. We only accept high quality submissions, so send us
your best!
If you need to update a file on Flash Kit, please include the url of the
existing file on Flash Kit, and then include the updates and email to
Updates with detailed instructions
as to the changes required!

and some content you can use as you see fit. Below are outlined the guidelines for using Flash Kit
content.
- Movies Flash Kit movies are free to use for non commercial and educational purposes, however
should you plan on using a movie downloaded from Flash Kit in a commercial sense, please contact the author
first. A link to Flashkit.com is also appreciated!
- Sound Loops and FX Sound content is either Freeware (you can use as desired), Linkware (link to the
artists site), Shareware / Special (usage details will accompany the description)
