Taran Noah Smith played youngest son Mark Taylor on “Home Improvement” from 1991-1999 -- and today, he turns 28!

Smith’s had some legal troubles recently: Earlier this year he was charged with DUI and hash possession after an arrest in February.

He'll be in court later this month, where he faces up to a year and a half in jail and $1,500 in fines.
