Create MySQL 5.1 Storage Engine Plugins Under Win32

A MySQL Storage engine requires functions that MySQL provides. Therefore, you normally need to link it into mysqld-core under Windows because mysqld.exe doesn't export all required functions (because it's an .exe, not a .dll).
