Those who need it most will be getting help in the form of a benefit increase today. This will help our whānau stay healthier throughout this difficult time and is something that the Green Party has advocated on for years. Aroha nui.

Some warming news: from today the Winter Energy Payments will be doubled! This will give those that need it extra support to pay the bills, stay well and keep warm over the winter months. 🌨🏠💚
The Winter Energy Payment is paid from 1 May to 1 October.
