Full Time Positions
The Youth Development Program Administrator will help facilitate all day-to-day administration of the MNUFC Youth Development. Working with coaches and the youth development program leadership, the Youth Development Program Administrator ensures that the logistical and support needs for training, travel, games, events and other MLS Next activities are met. This is a full-time position located in Blaine, MN. Reporting to the Director of Youth Development. Applications for this position should be submitted through Teamwork Online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the registration process for players through MLS Next and other applicable competitions
- Register all players through Got Soccer
- Oversee roster management for all upcoming games and events
- Set-up and maintain TeamSnap App for all scheduling of training and matches
- Maintain proper records for rosters, insurance and waivers
- Act as the Club subject matter expert on all MLS Next rules and regulations
- Provide communication to players, parents and coaches about training/match schedule, travel questions, missing equipment, etc.
- Manage relationships and programming with local youth clubs and youth soccer bodies
- Oversee travel coordination by booking and coordinating transportation, hotels and meals for team travel, e.g., reserve meeting rooms, prepare rooming lists, coordinate IT needs
- Coordinate, manage and maintain equipment and apparel inventory for coaching staff
- Work with Human Resources to ensure that background checks are completed an all necessary staff members
- Assist in the development of a camps and events business
- Communicate with opponents in order to coordinate home and away matches, time of games, uniforms, availability of locker rooms, athletic trainer access and training fields
- Schedule referees for friendlies matches through local referees assignor; confirm referees for all matches and record names of referees for accurate payment
- Assist Director of Youth Development to maintain annual competition calendar for all age group teams showing training, travel, recovery and off days
- Assist Director of Youth Development to set-up combines or training visits for prospective players
- Assist Director of Youth Development will the organization, set-up and operations of events conducted by the Academy
- As new events are implemented assist as needed with the organization, set-up and operations of these events
- Other duties as directed by the Sporting Department
- Reinforce club culture, roles and expectations
Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended time
- Able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday as deemed necessary

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly tasks that are time sensitive
- Familiarity with the professional soccer landscape
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Ability to keep a strong and positive attitude that reflects the spirit of the Club
- This role requires a high level of trust and managing delicate and sensitive information
- Previous experience working in youth soccer
- Candidate with Coaching License is a plus
- Bilingual
