Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
easylanweb
Easylanweb is an intranet site in a box.
Originally developed for PHP v4.x to client specification the alpha version was produced as proof of concept in about five development hours excluding research time.
Intended operation for client

Setup xampp on target server and start (only apache module is required), ensure reachable from the LAN (only!) and that apache module will auto-start.

Drop in htdocs from project, replacing existing htdocs and ensuring correct permissions.

Set full write permissions for
cachefolder. -
Setup restricted share of
contentsfolder and setup access for responsible admin curator. An easy method for their access should also be setup. -
Contents of
contentsfolder is automatically handled. -
