Yoplait vs Skyr: Court battle launched over shape of dairy product container
Dairy group Q-Meieriene has taken Tine-owned Fjordland to
court for allegedly copying a unique container for the Icelandic cultured milk
product Skyr. Fjordland has used a similar shape for one of its yoghurt
products.
