Change/Refund Policy of International Tickets

Please read carefully (or consult with your travel agent) terms & conditions for change/ refund of International Tickets before purchase. Applicable date change fee/ revalidation charge has to be paid as per fare/ ticketing rule in case of involuntary date change. For partial refund of unutilized ticket one way fare will be deducted as per fare/ reservation booking class.

Change/Refund Policy of Domestic Tickets

FOR ALL DOMESTIC SECTORS ECONOMY AND BUSINESS CLASS BEFORE 24 HRS OF FLT DEP BDT 1,000 BDT 1,500
WITHIN 24 HRS OF FLT DEP BDT 1,500 BDT 2,000
AFTER FLT DEP (NO SHOW) BDT 1,500 BDT 2,000

Notes:

1. For Refund of totally unutilized tickets, charges will apply on pricing unit (Per ticket).
2. In case the BASE FARE is lower than the Cancellation/Refund Charge, BASE FARE will be forfeited, only Tax amount will be refunded.
3. Henceforth on the Domestic sector:
    -For both Economy and Business Class tickets same policy will apply.
    -The above Policy will also apply irrespective of all Fare Classes and RBDs.
4. The revised Policy for Change Fee and Refund/Cancellation Charge will be applicable for ticket issued on or after 01MAR2021 regardless of commencement of journey.
