Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.

Three friends, Jim Dobinski, Cathy Wunrow, and Dustin White decided to combine their creative talents and start a digital marketing firm focused specifically on creating custom websites that outperform all others thru monitoring the analytics and adjusting accordingly. Stellar Blue Web Design wins the NEWREP Business Plan contest – giving us the press needed to announce the business exists. By the end of the year, the firm has 20 clients.
Stellar Blue joins New North inc and becomes the website creator for the New North Summit annual event – a role we continue to proudly hold to this day.
Stellar hires our first employee – Amanda Betts – who quickly becomes an overachieving marketing consultant who takes the firm to new heights. Two years later – Amanda becomes a Fox Cities Future 15 Young Professional award winner.
Cathy Wunrow tragically passes due to breast cancer. She was and always will be the heart and soul of Stellar Blue. Her mission and vision for the firm are still in place to this day.
After added digital marketing, app creation, advanced programming, branding assistance, and PPC advertising services, we realized we outgrew the Stellar Blue Web Design brand – Stellar then rebrands as Stellar Blue Technologies and by the end of the year becomes a worldwide digital marketing agency with over 300 clients.
Stellar opens Stellar Studio and features in-house digital marketing classes to help companies individuals better understand and use the internet. By the end of the year, Stellar Blue has over 500 clients and a team of 26.
Stellar volunteers to build the Mile Of Music website and track the analytics of the event – we’ve been dedicated to helping out every year since.
Stellar Blue Technologies wins the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce small business of the year award. Stellar also is awarded the volunteer of the year award from the Oshkosh Chamber for our assistance with their brand new website. In total Stellar has received over 25 awards for services and product creation.
Stellar Blue becomes the title sponsor for the Amplify Oshkosh “Big Event”. A title we’ve held ever since.
Stellar Blue adds the Stellar Multimedia division to the firm and begins shooting 8k video, virtual reality, and drone videos.
Stellar Blue becomes a sponsor of the Appleton Youth Education Initiative and becomes an active participant in the organization’s annual hackathon. A role we continue to fulfill to this day.
Stellar Blue becomes the website creator and digital branding consulting firm for The Pitch annual entrepreneurial VC funding event. A position we continue to proudly serve to this day.
