Recently , it has been revealed that bag sizes have changed for this set from:
30 to 22 1 costs
25 to 20 2 costs
18 to 17 3 costs
4 costs and 5 costs remain unchanged (10 4 costs and 9 5 costs, respectively.)
This has caused reroll lines to become much worse when contested when you don't roll first for your units, since it makes it harder to hit due to smaller bag size.
It's been 2.5 weeks after the launch of the new set and there has been no official statement regarding whether this change is true or not.
mentioned she was only able to come to this conclusion through MetaTFT data-mining of bag-size change and after bringing this speculation up to multiple challenger players.
Mortdog has also addressed this rumor , where he admits that this will be fixed next patch (14.24) on Dec. 11, 2024.

This all counts as evidence as to the fact that bag-size has changed from last set.
I know I'm re-iterating a lot of what has already addressed in her post, but the reason for this repost is because an important issue like this deserves its own post. -credit goes to
Edit: I had the numbers wrong when copying from biribiri’s post, so for reclarification, the bag size for this current patch is 22/20/17/10/9. Before this set the bag size was 30/25/18/10/9.

I understand that this event wasn’t great for a lot of people. There’s a lot of things that could’ve been more thought out for both the player experience and the audience experience, and the technical difficulties didn’t help. But the level of maturity coming from so many of y’all is appalling. I’m pretty sure the TR House of Nightmares discussion was more civilized. Can we please take one step back, remember that Noxcrew’s put out many other great events this year, and that these are actual human beings who can make mistakes and shouldn’t be ripped apart for it? Thanks :)

I’m watching multiple POVs and the new connect 4 style game is just not interesting. The players and chat are ripping it apart. I respect Noxcrew for trying something new but it’s so uninteresting to watch, it’s confusing for both players and viewers to follow, and it’s just so low energy it kills the hype between rounds. This is not a hate post but I wanted to constructively criticize the new party game.
Edit: I wanted to open the discussion for constructive criticism. My personal list of things that could be done to make this better are:
-
Make it so that teams that get an early advantage are not in control the entire time and give opportunities for others to catch up. The rich get richer format is not enjoyable.
-
Make the game visually more interesting with more icons/noises that help make following along easier.
-
Add music!
Edit 2: I don’t condone any of the bashing that’s going on. I think it’s fair to acknowledge what worked and what didn’t during the event but saying things like “it was so terrible” and “this MCC sucks” aren’t helpful. You can be negative without being mean. That being said, congrats to the winners!

Yall, can we just stop posting anything over there? It's obvious that we're unwelcome by the community members on that side. No matter what discussion or conversation we're trying to have, it just won't bring anything constructive to us anymore. Everything is an argument and us standing up for our team will get us labelled as 'crazy childish T1 fans'. There's not even a room for a debate for us over there. To them, we are just wrong all the time.
Lets not engange in any conversation in there anymore. Dont share anything T1 related there and dont even bother standing up for T1 under anti-T1 posts. If you happen to be a fan of both then please feel free to engange in whatever topic yall want, just keep T1 away from there. Im fcking sick.
Lets use this page instead and support T1 to our heart content. This is meant to be our safe haven. We all can have fun here and share everything and anything T1 related without all those unnecessary negativity.
Always remember that T1 is proven to be the best and we don't need validation from anyone that they are the best.
