Botino Chatbot

Botino is an AI chatbot platform. This plugin injects the Botino loader on your site and, when enabled, sends a signed identity hash so the chatbot can personalize answers for signed-in WordPress users.

This plugin connects to the Botino service to load and display your AI chatbot widget.

Botino Widget API (api.botinoai.ir)

• What it is: The Botino chatbot platform. This plugin embeds the Botino chat widget on your site by communicating with Botino’s servers.
• What data is sent and when:
  • On every page load where the chatbot is active, the plugin fetches widget configuration from https://api.botinoai.ir/api/v1/widget/embed-bootstrap?chatbotId=<your-chatbot-id>. Only the chatbot ID is sent; no visitor data is included in this server-side request.
  • The Botino loader script (loader.js) is then injected into the page. That script communicates with Botino’s servers to render the chat widget and handle conversations. If the “Pass logged-in user identity” option is enabled, a signed HMAC-SHA256 hash of the logged-in WordPress user’s ID, email, and display name is passed to the widget so Botino can personalise the conversation.
