Your site is judged in the first second. Make it count.

Every extra millisecond of load time costs you visitors, rankings, and sales. MasterSpeed Cache exists for one reason: to make your WordPress site load like a static file, because that’s exactly what it becomes. No PHP execution, no database queries per visit — just a ready-made HTML page served straight to the browser.

Where other caching plugins bury you in a hundred confusing toggles, MasterSpeed Cache gives you a clean, opinionated setup that works the moment you activate it — and still gives you full control when you want it. Pair it with built-in front-end optimization, automatic image compression, and direct Cloudflare control, and you get a genuine end-to-end speed toolkit in a single plugin.

Why site owners choose MasterSpeed Cache

  • Set it up in minutes, not an afternoon. Sensible defaults mean your cache is working correctly right after activation — no trial and error.
  • Built for real-world hosting. Automatic .htaccess validation, safe fallbacks when APCu or an image library isn’t available, and a WP-CLI mode for hosts that block loopback requests.
  • Everything included, one license. Page Cache, Front-End Optimization, Image Optimizer, Object Cache, and Cloudflare Integration are all unlocked with a single license key — no separate add-ons to buy.
  • Speed without the guesswork. Smart Purge keeps your cache fresh automatically, so you never have to remember to clear it after publishing.

Everything you need to make your site fast

⚡ Page Cache — the foundation of real speed

  • Static HTML page caching with Gzip pre-compression, so pages are small and instant
  • Automatic cache bypass for logged-in users — your visitors’ data stays exactly where it belongs
  • Optional homepage bypass for sites that personalize their front page
  • Separate cache for mobile visitors, so responsive design actually gets served correctly
  • Ignore selected query strings (utm_source, fbclid, and more) so your marketing links don’t quietly break your cache
  • Smart Purge — related cache is cleared the instant content is published, edited, or commented on, automatically
  • Per-page control via a simple meta box (Cache Enabled / Skip Cache / Disable Cache) for the pages that need special treatment
  • Browser Cache headers generated and applied automatically
  • .htaccess rules written and validated for you — no manual editing, no guesswork

🚀 Front-End Optimization — shave off every unnecessary millisecond

  • Image lazy loading, so the browser only downloads what’s actually visible
  • Delay JS execution & defer JavaScript, so your page feels interactive sooner
  • Prefetch on hover, so the next page starts loading before the click even lands
  • Optimized Google Fonts loading, so text never disappears while fonts download
  • Combine CSS & JS, merging consecutive same-site files to cut down HTTP requests
  • Image CDN via Jetpack Photon, serving images from the edge closest to your visitor
  • Removes default WordPress emoji scripts your site probably doesn’t need

🖼️ Image Upload Optimization — smaller images, same quality

  • Automatic compression and WebP conversion the moment an image is uploaded
  • Configurable resolution & quality presets, so you control the trade-off
  • Original files are auto-removed after optimization to save disk space, with an optional setting to keep a protected backup instead

🧠 Object Cache — speed for logged-in traffic and dynamic pages

  • APCu-based object cache drop-in, built on WordPress’s modern multi-key cache API
  • Live hit/miss statistics and memory usage, so you can see it working
  • Gracefully and automatically disabled if APCu isn’t available — the rest of your site keeps running normally

☁️ Cloudflare Integration — manage your edge without leaving WordPress

  • Control Cache Rules, Always Online, HTTP/3, Early Hints, and cache-by-device-type directly from your dashboard
  • Automatic zone detection from your site’s own domain — no copy-pasting zone IDs
  • Your “Ignore Query String” setting syncs straight to a matching Cloudflare Cache Rule, so your origin and your edge always agree

💻 WP-CLI — for the power users

  • wp nazemiwpsc preload — preload your entire cache from the terminal
  • wp nazemiwpsc purge — purge everything in one command
  • wp nazemiwpsc status — check exactly what state your cache is in

🔥 Cache Preload — a warm cache from the first visitor

  • Builds its URL list directly from your database (published posts and pages) — no sitemap plugin required, one less dependency
  • Visits each URL in small, safe batches to pre-build its cache file, so real visitors never hit a cold page

The bottom line

MasterSpeed Cache is built around one idea: speed shouldn’t require a computer science degree to configure. Activate it, save your settings, and let your site do what WordPress sites should always do — load fast, every single time.

External Services

This plugin connects to two third-party services for specific, opt-in features. Neither is required for the plugin’s core caching functionality (Page Cache, Smart Purge, Preload, WP-CLI) to work.

Jetpack Photon (Automattic / WordPress.com)

If you enable Photon Image CDN under Front-End Optimization, image URLs on your site are rewritten to be served from Automattic’s WordPress.com/Jetpack CDN instead of your own server.

  • What is sent: the public URL of each image displayed on your site, plus standard request metadata your visitor’s browser normally sends (IP address, User-Agent), since the image is fetched directly by the visitor’s browser from Automattic’s servers.
  • When: only while this feature is switched on, and only for images rendered on pages visitors view.
  • Provider: Automattic, Inc.
  • Terms of Service: https://wordpress.com/tos/
  • Privacy Policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/

If you don’t enable Photon, no image data is ever sent to Automattic by this plugin.

Cloudflare

If you enable Cloudflare Integration and enter your Cloudflare Email, Global API Key, and Zone ID, this plugin communicates directly with the Cloudflare API (api.cloudflare.com) on your behalf to read and change settings in your own Cloudflare account — for example, creating Cache Rules, and toggling Always Online, HTTP/3, and Early Hints.

  • What is sent: your Cloudflare Email and Global API Key (used to authenticate the request), your site’s domain and Zone ID, and the specific configuration values you choose to save (e.g., cache level, device-type caching, bypassed paths).
  • When: only while this feature is switched on, triggered by your own actions (saving settings, clicking “Test Connection & Detect Zone”) — not on every page load or visitor request.
  • Where credentials are stored: your Cloudflare Email and API Key are stored in your own WordPress database (wp_options) and are only ever sent to api.cloudflare.com.
  • Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
  • Terms of Service: https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/
  • Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

If you don’t enable Cloudflare Integration, no data is ever sent to Cloudflare by this plugin.
