Predvora turns your website into an AI representative: a chat that greets visitors, answers their questions like someone who works there, and captures leads around the clock.

It builds its knowledge from your own website. Predvora reads your pages, understands your business, and answers only from what it learned. When a visitor shows buying interest, it asks for their name and contact details, and the lead lands in your dashboard and your inbox the moment it happens. When it is not sure of an answer, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with you. It never invents an answer on your behalf.

What this plugin does

This is the official WordPress connector for Predvora. It pairs your site with your Predvora workspace in one click and places the widget on your public pages. No API keys, no code snippets, nothing to configure in WordPress: how the widget looks and behaves is managed in your Predvora dashboard, and your WordPress admin stays clean.

• One-click connection. Click Connect to Predvora, sign in, approve.
• Nothing sensitive stored on your site. Only your public widget key, your workspace name, and a dashboard link. No passwords, no API secrets.
• Fail-invisible. If your workspace is not live yet, the widget renders nothing. An unfinished setup never breaks your site.

What it does not do

The plugin contains no AI, no crawling, no message handling, and no billing logic. It creates no database tables, schedules no background jobs, and adds nothing to your site’s front end until you connect it. Inline embedding (shortcode/block) and multisite network management are not included in this version.

This plugin relies on Predvora, a paid third-party service operated at predvora.com. A Predvora account is required; the plugin is of no use without one.

When the plugin communicates with predvora.com, and what is sent

1. When you click Connect (admin only). Your browser is sent to predvora.com with your site address, a one-time security token, and the address of your WordPress admin page to return to. After you approve the connection, your site makes one server-to-server request to predvora.com to exchange the one-time pairing code, sending the pairing code and your site address, and receiving back your public widget key, your workspace name, and your dashboard link.
2. When you view the plugin’s settings page (admin only, while connected). Your site asks predvora.com whether the connection is active, sending your widget key and your site address. The answer is cached for one minute.
3. When you click Disconnect, or uninstall the plugin (admin only, while connected). Your site sends a best-effort notice to predvora.com containing your widget key and site address, so the service can note that the installation was removed. This does not change anything in your Predvora account.
4. On every public page of your site, while connected. The plugin loads the widget script from https://predvora.com/widget.js, and the widget contacts predvora.com to check whether it should show. The widget key and the page’s origin are sent as part of that request. When a visitor opens the widget and chats, their messages are sent to and processed by the Predvora service in order to generate replies. The widget stores a short-lived session token and conversation identifier in the visitor’s browser session storage, which is cleared when the tab is closed; it sets no cookies.

The plugin makes no other external requests, and none at all until you connect it. It does not send usage statistics or telemetry.
