Custom fields in Amelia

    We have problems with the connection of Handle UTM Grabber and Amelia.
    For the moment, we have:

    • Installed the Handle UTM Grabber plugin.
    • We have added a couple of hidden fields to the Amelia form

      – utm_campaign
      – utm_source

    • We have named these fields with the same names as the parameters
    • We have hidden the fields using CSS

    Once we browse the site, we see that it looks like these cookies are being created, but they fail to pass through to Amelia’s appointment data. Both fields in the appointment form are blank.

    Hey @xbaeza

    Amelia is only supported in HandL UTM Grabber v3. You need to upgrade to the paid version first. After that, it will work seemlessly (with your current setup)
