Smart manager keeps loading

    Greetings,

    I updated smart manager to the last version and it freezes in the loading page.

    What should i do?

    Hi @tcflip ,

    Can you please update Smart Manager to the latest version 4.2.11 (which we released yesterday) and then have a check?

    Hello,

    I deleted the old one and downloaded the latest version, but it still loads and shows only this message “Seems like your Smart Manager plugin has downgraded to the Lite version”.

    What else should i try?

    Hi @tcflip ,

    The issue you are facing is related to Pro version of Smart Manager and this forum is for the Lite version.

    So please contact us from here along with a mention of this thread.
