    Hi!

    I am getting some spam problems, and I am having contacts of random people in my whatsapp number, with the default message of my website configured with join.chat, which are spam.
    When I try to contact them, they don’t know who I am or how I contacted them…
    Is there is any way to remove this contacts?

    I have available the whatsapp link through desktop and mobile, maybe leaving just mobile will be better?

    Joinchat no es más que un simple enlace pero con funcionalidades muy interesantes que lo hacen irresistible.
    Los motivos por los que recibes spam son ajenos a nuestro plugin. Probablemente recibas tráfico no cualificado como consecuencia de no definir bien el segmento de tu audiencia.
    Otra opción que puedes implementar es personalizar la página en la que no deseas tener leads y deshabilitar la actividad del plugin.

    As far as I know, it isn’t possible to send a message from another WhatsApp account.
    Even if a bot locates the Joinchat link, it could only contact from the WhatsApp account it has configured, not from another user’s account.

    If it helps, some users have asked us to only show Joinchat in certain countries or exclude certain countries to avoid unwanted contacts. See this post.
