$\begingroup$ Someone has taken a close look at all of Elon Musk's Starlink satellites, just to make absolutely sure... haven't they...? $\endgroup$ Commented May 8, 2019 at 11:27

$\begingroup$ If a British billionaire that is secretly a North Korean spy can put a giant supelaser battlestation in orbit without anyone noticing that it is actually a weapon, how difficult can it be to secretly build an array of orbital nuke launchers? $\endgroup$ Commented May 9, 2019 at 17:08

$\begingroup$ @jymbob At the risk of reviving traumatic memories: the satellite is disguised as an orbital solar station, with the beam used to (oh god it's even worse than I remembered) "focus solar energy on a small area and provide year-round sunshine for crop development". But of course it is a laser weapon with the punch of a cruise missile and can shoot down ASATs (well, the single ASAT the US seem to have). The billionaire is the son of a North Korean general who used gene therapy to become British or something, and somehow made money (secretly?) with blood diamonds. Highly recommended, bring popcorn $\endgroup$ Commented May 10, 2019 at 15:35
