Sandwich

Mean Sandwich plans to open a new location this month at Lincoln South Food Hall in downtown Bellevue, according to the Downtown Bellevue Network.

The shop marks the company’s second location.

The article said the restaurant is moving to the second floor of Lincoln Square South at 500 Bellevue Way NE, the former home of Great State Burger and King Leroy. Great State Burger and King Leroy opened together in the food hall in August 2024 and have since closed.

Owner Dan Crookston acquired Mean Sandwich from its founders, Kevin and Alex Pemoulié, who started the business in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood.
